Welcome to the 6th Annual “Cattlewomen for the Cure” Charity Golf Tournament!
The 5th "Cattlewomen for the Cure" charity golf tournament was a tremendous success! We were
able to hold another sold out tournament and donate funds to a great charity. Thanks to our
many generous sponsors we were able to present $45000 to The Childrens Wish Foundation of
Canada. In addition we were able to donate $1500 to local food banks. We sincerely thank you
again for your generous contribution over the years.
We are excited to be holding our 6th annual Cattlewomen for the Cure Charity Golf Tournament
on August 15, 2011 in Medicine Hat, Alberta at the Cottonwood Coulee Golf Course. This year we
have chosen to donate funds raised to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Canada.
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Canada is dedicated to helping children with serious
illnesses or disabilities, and their families, lead happier and healthier lives. Since its inception in
1982, RMHC Canada has proudly awarded more than $67 million in grants to the 12 Ronald
McDonald Houses, the Ronald McDonald Family Rooms and to many children's charities across
Canada. This support has benefited thousands of children and families in more than 600
communities. RMHC ensures that 100% of your donation will go towards helping children in need
and their families.
We hope that you will be a part of our "Cattlewomen for the Cure" event again. We have various
sponsorship options and levels available to accommodate everyone who would like to participate
and show their support for this cause. A sponsorship information sheet is enclosed including a list
of different sponsorship options. Please note this years additions such as the Website and
Putting Competition sponsors and the change to the Friend of the Cure sponsor level. You can
either confirm your sponsorship through one of our many committee members who will arrange
for invoicing, or if you desire mail contributions directly to: Tara Lyttle, Box 580, 666-4th Street SE,
Medicine Hat, AB T1A 7G5. For further information contact Debbie McMillin or Ashleigh Murray
or visit our website at www.cattlewomenforthecure.com.
Thank you again for your interest and support for this great event.
Best regards,
